We’re excited to introduce a new Kitakata ramen featuring Aizu native Hiroshi Yamaguchi (山口裕史)—founder of “Ramen Yamaguchi”—in collaboration with “Suzuna (愛絆)” and “Nidaime Iwaiya (二代目いわいや),” all made with Aizu free-range chicken. Please enjoy this one-day-only Kitakata ramen, featuring a special broth created through the collaboration of these three restaurants, high-hydration, aged curly noodles shipped directly from Kitakata, and carefully selected ingredients from Aizu, Fukushima Pref.
