[Yamagata Pref.] Golden Chicken Ramen Final Special
2.Shinshun-ya Main Shop (新旬屋本店)
Five layers of chicken umami. The ultimate bowl.
The biggest draw is “THE Chicken Broth”—a soup that extracts umami from every part of the chicken, combined with Shinshun-ya’s special sauce, and enhanced with chicken thigh meat simmered into each bowl just before serving to add even more flavor!
Furthermore, as this is the “Final Special,” we’re serving it as a “Five-Layer Chicken Soup,” which builds up the chicken’s umami by adding our homemade “old hen chicken flakes” to the broth! Please be sure to give it a try.
